Shigeo Katsuoka

Born in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan in 1940. Graduated from Kanagawa Technical High School. He worked for Light Publicity, Inc., and then opened the Shigeo Katsuoka Design Studio in 1977. His clients for corporate identity design projects are: Tomato Bank, Sapporo Breweries, Meiji Life Insurance Company, Daikyo, Dai-ichi Securities, Kyudenko, Maruzen Petrochemical, Fukushima Prefecture, TOLI, Meitetsu Department Store, the Nakazawa Corporation and Coca-Cola ("I feel Coke"). Among his clients for advertising design are: Ocean Exposition in Okinawa (3 serial official posters), TOTO and YAMAHA.
